About the Role Were hiring a Customer Success Associate to manage and grow SMB accounts using our clients Salesforce-native DevOps platform. This postentry-level role (3-5 years experience) is focused on retention, renewals, and account growth . Youll own customer relationships end-to-end, ensuring adoption, engagement, and expansion. Key Responsibilities Serve as trusted advisor for SMB accounts, driving adoption and retention. Expand accounts via upsell, cross-sell, and land-and-expand strategies. Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, from admins to executives. Deliver product walkthroughs, best practices, and customer enablement. Maintain accurate CRM data, success plans, and account coverage. What Success Looks Like 90% renewal rate across accounts. Increased adoption and usage of clients platform. Growth in footprint, contract value, and customer advocacy. What Were Looking For 3-5 years in Customer Success , Account Management, or SaaS role. Experience with SMB portfolios and retention/renewal goals. Basic Salesforce knowledge (Admin preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship skills. Pune-based; hybrid/onsite with flexibility for US/EU/APAC engagements. Preferred: Salesforce Admin certification ; experience with Salesforce-native DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) . As a SF Data Cloud Developer with 3-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing 1st and 3rd-party data ingestion from various sources such as web, CRM, mobile apps, and media platforms. You should have a strong understanding of Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Segmentation within Salesforce Data Cloud. It is preferable to have a Pharma background or familiarity with privacy frameworks like HIPAA. Additionally, being a SF Data Cloud Consultant Certified would be advantageous. Your role will involve designing and implementing Calculated Insights to derive metrics for personalization and segmentation. You should have an understanding of the customer lifecycle and journey orchestration, utilizing unified profiles to enhance marketing outcomes. Troubleshooting issues related to data mapping, identity stitching, or segment activation flows will also be part of your responsibilities. As a SF Data Cloud professional with 1-3 years of experience, you will be expected to have hands-on experience with SF Data Cloud. A SF certification would be preferable for this role.
