Job Title: nCino Business Analyst

Location: Pan India

Experience: 5+ yrs

Job Type : Contract to hire

Mandatory Skills

· Hands-on experience with NCino Business Analyst .

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in nCino Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on nCino or Salesforce-based projects.

Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations, products, and regulatory environment.

Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

Familiarity with the nCino platform, including configuration, features, and workflows.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office).

Responsibilities
