Role Description

Retail Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs focused on:-

• Product knowledge (Eyewear, Accessories)
• Customer service & experience
• Sales techniques and upselling

in-person and virtual training sessions

Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.

new store openings

Regularly assess training effectiveness through assessments, on-floor observation, and performance metrics.

Develop digital training content (videos, decks, quizzes) for scalable learning.

Track and maintain training MIS: attendance, completion rates, feedback, and post-training performance.

Stay updated on eyewear trends, customer behavior insights, and retail innovations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3

  years of experience

  in training, preferably in

  retail, eyewear, fashion, lifestyle

  , or

  e-commerce

  .
• Strong communication and presentation skillsboth in-person and virtual.
• Hands-on experience with retail operations, customer handling, and POS systems is a plus.
• Comfort with

  virtual training tools

  , LMS platforms, and digital content creation.
• Ability to connect with store teams and drive motivation and accountability.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
