As a National Retail Trainer at S D Retail Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and performance of our retail staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience and alignment with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Needs Assessment: Identify training requirements by conducting surveys, interviews, and performance analysis. - Curriculum Development: Design engaging training materials such as presentations, handouts, and digital resources. - Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars. - Evaluation and Feedback: Assess training effectiveness, provide constructive feedback, and conduct online tests. - Mentorship and Support: Offer ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to trainees. - Program Management: Efficiently organize training schedules, logistics, budgets, and resources. - Staying Current: Continuously update knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and retail trends. - Collaboration: Work closely with managers and stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
