Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team as a National Manager-Supply Chain-Program-Delhi - Videocon Towers-SM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and program management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Identify and acquire key corporates for distribution ecosystem financing.

Build a consistent pipeline of new corporate relationships through regional teams.

Understand corporate needs, ideate, innovate, and develop new product variants.

Lead the development of high-performing corporate acquisition teams.

Collaborate with credit, product, and sales teams to scope and source corporates within targeted industries.

Persuade and persist in converting opportunities into corporate tie-ups and business deals.

Anchor tie-ups and handover to the product team for lead sourcing to build a profitable book.

Conduct competition mapping and offerings, gather market intelligence, and develop new products to meet emerging requirements.

Job

Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management or program management.

Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial services, and broking.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in identifying and acquiring key corporates for distribution ecosystem financing.

A graduate degree is required for this position.
