1、 Job Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Responsible for regional market channel development and sales work, and developing marketing strategies to enhance product sales value and increase end customer market share;
Information management: Collect industry, product, sales and other related information to provide a basis for formulating sales policies;
Customer management: responsible for collecting customer information, establishing and updating customer files, ensuring the completeness and completeness of customer information, and implementing customer visits to improve customer satisfaction;
Contract management: Negotiation and signing of sales contracts to ensure their reasonableness, legality, and effective execution; Contract execution tracking, effective handling of customer complaints and after-sales service;
Goal management: Develop monthly and annual sales plans for the region, effectively break down goals, and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual marketing objectives;
Other work: Other temporary tasks arranged by the department, etc;
2、 Qualifications for the position:
More than 2 years of B2B sales experience in the feed industry, familiar with international trade and related terms;
The North African market requires bilingual English and French as working languages; The South American market requires bilingual English and Spanish as working languages; The Indian market requires English as the working language.
Have good insight and judgment on the regional market of overseas animal nutrition/feed additives, sensitive to data, skilled in analysis, and have a certain level of marketing knowledge;
Strong business negotiation skills, communication skills, stress resistance, and teamwork spirit, with a high sense of responsibility.
