The E-Commerce Head will have complete ownership of the company’s e-commerce business across quick commerce, marketplaces, and D2C channels. The role demands strong sector experience (FMCG, Beverage, Dairy, or Pharma), a deep understanding of e commerce operations, and hands-on experience in face-to-face dealings with national and regional e-commerce buyers.
Minimum 10+ years of e-commerce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing quick commerce, large e-marketplaces, and D2C channels.
Mandatory sector background: FMCG, Beverage, Dairy, or Pharma.
Strong network and proven relationships with national and regional e-commerce buyers.
Experience in face-to-face negotiations and business development in the e-commerce ecosystem.
In-depth understanding of backend processes - billing, ERP systems, claims, supply chain integration.
Proven track record of growing online business profitably.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
