Job Description

Key Deliverables

Develop and execute business strategy for Automotive Aftermarket Distribution to drive revenue growth and market leadership
Manage P&L, financial forecasting, budgeting, and ensure profitability targets are met
Lead sales, marketing, and product development initiatives to increase market share and innovate product portfolio
Build and mentor a high-performing team while coordinating cross-functional efforts to achieve business goals

Role Responsibilities

Collaborate with RD and technical teams for product lifecycle management and innovation
