National Business Head

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Business Head performs a wide range of duties described as follows:

P&L Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategizing and creating a Business Plan for various projects assigned to him by

and ensuring maximum possible EBIDTA

• Revenue generation for all the operations as per agreed Business Plan within the stipulated budget

and timelines

Operations

• Formulating Business model to decide on the methodology to conduct the business

• Making a fool-proof plan to ensure revenue generation as per business plan

• To create a Business Review MIS template for capturing the key business data points for analysis

• Reviewing of all projects based on the prescribed template and within the stipulated timelines

• Ensuring project submissions to the Govt. agencies within the prescribed time limits and as per

agreed guidelines

People Management

• To develop a mobilisation strategy keeping various parameters of the project in mind.

• To ensure Trainings are conducted as per the SOP

• Prepare candidates for OJT and placement after classroom training is completed.

• Create a network of Partners to setup Centres in the State.

• Inspiring, building and managing the operations team effectively to bring accountability to the

team and providing support to all stakeholders.

Business Relationship

• Engage with Partners to build a strong brand and physical presence in the state.

• Develop a strategy for networking with Bureaucrats/other Stakeholders

• To ensure organisational gains through such networking and guide the Govt. policy formulation

for seamless business growth

Risk Assessment & Compliance

• Making Risk assessment strategy and mitigation plan as per the SOPs

• Overseeing full compliance to laid down Quality systems and maintaining accounting standards

in centres and ensure 100% compliance in the region to comply with organizational policies

• Meeting agreed requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
