The NOC is at the heart of our Customer Success and all we do. How you will help: Provide world class customer support to internal and external customers Monitor the networks to ensure its availability to all users Use your ability to manage multiple high priority issues under pressure Respond to automatically generated alarms produced by NOC monitoring software and by using tools and/or engaging Tier 2 & 3 support Facilitate Internal Bridge and send status updates during outages and severity 1 system issues Perform up checks on the various applications to ensure connectivity Monitor Facility Systems such as HVAC and power generators. Process and prioritize customer requests by phone, e-mail for service-related assistance applying to a variety of technologies Identify, diagnose and resolve problems of moderate complexity affecting network performance Follow prescribed trouble and operational procedures and aids in refining them to suit internal and customer needs Perform notifications and follows prescribed escalation procedures Document trouble tickets as actions are taken Record, update, and maintain outage notifications and announcements Shift based role that may include weekends Rotational support may be required Any other duties as determined to be needed by Management suiting the intent of the role Expected job duty breakdown: monitoring 80%, troubleshoot 5%, incident management 5%, training 5%, general administration 5% Who we have in mind: Working knowledge of Linux Basic knowledge of database preferably Oracle/Casandra database Basic knowledge of network elements. This includes bringing the application down, stopping web logic, deploying new code tags, restarting web logic, bringing up the application and then testing proper functionality Promethues, Thanos, Grafana administration which includes working with development teams to create and apply appropriate SQL expressions and triggers to properly alert stakeholders of potential problems to SNCR production environments. Our Context We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2+ Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide advanced support across a broad range of technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Citrix and RDS infrastructures, VMware, AWS/Azure cloud environments, Linux and core Windows Server technologies. You will play a critical role in ensuring system availability, performance, and security for our clients. Your Missions Cortex XDR: Deploy, monitor, and manage endpoint agents. Palo Alto: Push and manage firewall rules across environments. Provide L2+ level support for Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019/2022), RDS, and Citrix environments. Administer Microsoft Azure and Office 365, including Exchange Online and hybrid deployments. Administer IAM users, roles, and policies, following security best practices. Configure and maintain basic networking and VPN access (VPC, security groups, site-to-site and client VPN). Provide operational support for core AWS services (EC2, S3, etc.) in coordination with DevOps teams. Manage and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Perform VM management and troubleshooting using VMware vSphere and ESXi. Handle backup operations and restore processes using Veeam Backup & Replication. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DHCP, DNS, file servers, and NTFS permissions. Manage Endpoint Protection tools like Bitdefender. Maintain and support anti-spam tools and MFA administration (DUO or Authenticator). Manage and maintain Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, our Zero Trust remote access solution. Assist with patching, upgrades and regular maintenance of server environments. Provide support for print servers. Respond to escalated technical issues from L1 engineers and work collaboratively with other teams. Maintain thorough documentation of systems, incidents, and standard operating procedures. Required Technical Skills: Networking: Good understanding of switching, routing, VLANs, and IP addressing. Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop), Citrix Cloud, Director, Storefront RDS (Remote Desktop Services) - session management, licensing, gateway Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 Microsoft Azure administration and infrastructure setup AWS administration skills: IAM, EC2, VPC, VPN configuration, and S3 operations.
