Designation: Assistant Manager (Call Centre Operations) Preference - Multilingual (Malayalam / Tamil ) Gender : Male Location: Coimbatore CTC: Rs.30,000 to 35,000 (Per Month) Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in call centre operations No. of Vacancies : 1 Shift: Required flexibility to work in any shift Working: 6 days a week (Flexible week off excluding Sat, Sun) Fluent in Tamil Malayalam, ability to speak in any additional language will be an added advantage Should be good in excel and preparing report Good knowledge in Daily workflow monitoring, planning, shrinkage Attrition management Monitor Team and individual performance Strong in giving feedback and provide right performance improvement support to the agents Ability to bring new innovative and process improvement suggestions
