Job Description

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain MySQL databases across development and production environments. Execute database design, development, data modeling and implementation. Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexes, and structures. Perform regular database backups and implement disaster recovery strategies. Ensure high data integrity, accuracy, and consistent performance. Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security policies. Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely support. Generate periodic reports related to database health, performance, and capacity. Collaborate with development and IT teams to support applications and integrations. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong practical experience in MySQL database administration. Good understanding of SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers. Experience in database performance tuning and optimization. Knowledge of data backup, restore and migration processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with database monitoring and management tools. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud or etc.
