Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Mutual Fund Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations related to mutual fund transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing client accounts, and addressing client queries. The manager will be responsible for coordinating with fund houses, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records, while ensuring seamless operational efficiency. Collaboration with the sales team to implement strategies and improve client experience is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Mutual Funds, investment products, and financial services
• Proficiency in operations management, reporting, and compliance
• Experience in client relationship management and query resolution
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using financial software and tools
• Educational background in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields
• Relevant certification such as NISM Series VA certification is highly desirable
• Prior experience in financial or mutual fund operations is a plus
