Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze clients' financial needs, goals, and risk appetite
• Recommend suitable mutual fund schemes across equity, debt, hybrid, and international categories
• Build and nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups, reviews, and education
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, SEBI regulations, and product innovations
• Collaborate with the research and strategy team to deliver best-in-class investment solutions
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation of transactions and client onboarding
• Achieve monthly and quarterly distribution and revenue targets

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimum Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred; MBA/CFA/NISM Certified candidates get preference)

• NISM Series V-A certification

  is mandatory (or willingness to complete within 30 days of joining)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for personal finance, wealth creation, and investor awareness
• Self-motivated, ethical, and performance-driven mindset
• Prior experience in wealth management, mutual fund distribution, or financial services is a plus
• Ability to use digital tools, platforms, and CRM for reporting and servicing
