The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Fashion & Event Collateral Design:

  Design high-quality print and digital materials for our events, including invitation cards, brochures, event guides, environmental graphics (backdrops, signage, banners), media walls, and stage branding.

• Digital Content Creation:

  Develop engaging and trend-driven visual assets specifically for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including static posts, carousels, stories, and templates.

• Reel & Video Asset Design:

  Collaborate with in-house content and social media teams to create visually engaging overlays, text, and dynamic graphic elements for

  Reels and short-form video content

  , ensuring a contemporary and high-fashion aesthetic.

• Brand Consistency:

  Ensure all visual communications strictly adhere to the India Designer Show brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent, luxurious, and premium identity across all channels.

• Website & Email Design:

  Design and update graphics for the company website, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns (newsletters, event announcements).

• Conceptualization:

  Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions for event themes, visual direction, and campaign concepts, bringing fresh and innovative design ideas.

• Workflow Management:

  Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field.

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a significant portfolio showcasing work related to fashion, luxury, events, or high-end lifestyle brands.

• Strong demonstrable aesthetic sense and a keen eye for fashion and design trends.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is mandatory.

• Proven experience in creating assets optimized for digital media, especially

  Instagram Reels/Stories, demonstrating an understanding of dynamic, short-form video aesthetics.

• Knowledge of event production graphics and preparing files for large-format printing.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web graphic integration is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines.
