Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Senior Developer to join our embedded software development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Audio/Display HAL, device driver development, and multimedia codec integration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing multimedia components for embedded platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Audio and Display HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) modules.
• Develop and maintain multimedia device drivers for embedded platforms (Audio, Video, Display, Camera).
• Integrate and validate Audio/Video codecs in embedded environments.
• Analyze logs and perform root-cause debugging of multimedia issues across software layers.
• Work closely with hardware, firmware, and application teams to ensure seamless multimedia performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Programming Languages: Strong in Embedded C and good understanding of C++ is a plus.
• Expertise: Audio/Video codec integration, playback, recording, streaming, and pipeline tuning.
• Low-Level Development: Experience with Audio/Display HAL, and multimedia frameworks.
• Device Driver Development: Experience developing and debugging drivers on Linux/Android platforms.
• Debugging Skills: Strong in log analysis, kernel debugging, and issue isolation using tools like adb, gdb, or trace.
• Operating Systems: Linux/Android multimedia stack experience.
