Multimedia Artist

1.0 Overview

We are seeking a Multimedia Artist with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming business concepts into visually engaging multimedia assets. This position requires both artistic versatility and disciplined professionalism, with an emphasis on timely, high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

3.0 Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for marketing and communication materials including presentations, brochures, digital campaigns, social media graphics, and corporate videos. 
• Create and adapt artwork in alignment with brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all media. 
• Work closely with the Multimedia Department Manager to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product storytelling. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into strong, clear visuals. 
• Edit and enhance short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro when required. 
• Optimize design output for both digital and print formats. 
• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and maintain a consistent standard of visual excellence. 

4.0 Required Skills and Competencies

Core Proficiency: 

• Adobe Illustrator 
• Adobe Photoshop 
• Canva 

Basic to Intermediate Skills: 

• Adobe After Effects 
• Adobe Premiere Pro 
• Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. 
• Ability to conceptualize and deliver designs that communicate clearly in a B2B context. 
• High attention to detail, professional maturity, and reliable time management. 
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

5.0 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBM) or in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline preferred. 
• 1–2 years of professional multimedia design experience overall. 
• 1–2 years of B2B design experience (any industry) preferred. 
• A strong design portfolio showcasing both static and motion work is required.
