Below are the JD for open Position (MST).Follow-up & tracking on the prepared preventive maintenance schedule Daily morning meeting with the FM for 24 hours report. Proper facility rounds with technician. Cross Checking log sheets & PPM Checklist and maintain records for all equipment’s. Coordination & follow up with all vendors. Preparing daily reports & reporting seniors. Proper tracks of all maintenance complaints made with the vendors. Tracking of AMC & renewal for utilities equipment’s & inform to Engg/AFM Preparing critical equipment specification Proper inventory control & tracking of material. Coordination with Operation & Maintenance teams Timely reporting on failure equipment & appropriate measures for rectification Joint timely reporting on daily activities of operation, maintenance of engg. relative equipment’s & energy consumption (Electrical, Water & fuel) to FM. Daily Briefing of engg person during shift hand over. Tracking of complete equipment inventory. Proper tracks of all maintenance complaints made with the vendors. Tracking of shift schedule for maintenance team for 24x7 operation & maintenance.
