Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and develop comprehensive test plans including scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Test Execution: Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for MuleSoft integrations and connected platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist.
• Automation: Design and implement automated test scripts to enhance efficiency, reusability, and test coverage using relevant testing frameworks and tools.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and prioritize defects. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes and re-validation of resolved issues.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to validate business processes and integration touchpoints. Participate in project meetings and provide regular testing updates.
• Reporting: Create and share detailed test reports, highlighting progress, quality metrics, and key risks to management and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices and trends in MuleSoft and Salesforce testing. Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen testing methodology.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in MuleSoft and Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist.
• Hands-on experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG (or equivalent).
• Strong defect management and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
