Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Purview & Compliance, specifically focusing on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions across Cloud, Endpoint, and Email channels. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in Microsoft Sentinel for security monitoring and incident response. Basic scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell are highly desirable to automate and enhance compliance and security processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Purview & Compliance (DLP) policies across Cloud, Endpoint, and Email channels to protect sensitive data.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft DLP solutions to meet organizational compliance and security requirements.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to DLP alerts and incidents.
• Leverage Microsoft Sentinel for security information and event management (SIEM), including alert creation, incident investigation, and playbook automation.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Python and PowerShell to automate compliance monitoring, reporting, and remediation tasks.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure data protection policies align with regulatory requirements.
• Provide documentation, training, and support related to DLP and Sentinel solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Purview & Compliance (Microsoft DLP) solutions.
• Expertise managing DLP across one or more channels: Cloud, Endpoint, and Email.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel for security monitoring and response.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python and/or PowerShell.

Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of data protection, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 compliance center and associated security tools.
• Ability to analyze security alerts and take appropriate action.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
