As an Associate Consultant in our company, you will be aligned to one of our service lines, such as Advisory Enablement, Advisory Technology, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Solutions, Cyber Security, Enterprise services, CIO Advisory, or Managed Services. Your role as an individual contributor will involve learning and successfully completing the necessary on-the-job trainings related to your function, technology, or service offering. You will also collaborate closely with our management consulting teams worldwide, becoming a recognized subject matter expert in your area. Key Responsibilities: - Align with a specific service line and become an expert in the related function, technology, or service offering - Complete required on-the-job trainings successfully - Coordinate and collaborate with global management consulting teams - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Understanding of function, technology, or service line strategy & objectives - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle planned and unplanned responsibilities - Team-oriented and collaborative mindset - Strong prioritization skills with the ability to work independently and provide timely resolutions - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work - Dedication to customer satisfaction - Willingness to learn, train, and obtain certifications in relevant technologies and functional solutions Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in ITIL and ITSM tools like Service Now, Jira, etc. - Basic understanding of Azure, Power BI, and application/tech support - Strong leadership, communication (oral and written), organization, and collaboration skills - Ability to lead and work independently with minimal guidance - Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills - Visualization of data and preparation of dashboards and reports using advanced tools - Curiosity to understand business environments and develop commercial awareness Experience & Background: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable college with a consistent academic record above 70% from 10th standard to post-graduation Join us as an Associate Consultant and embark on a rewarding journey of growth and expertise in the field of management consulting.,
