As a Full-time Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our projects by closely collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and implement tailored Microsoft Dynamics solutions. You will be responsible for critical project aspects, from requirement gathering and documentation to solution implementation and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with clients to understand and document functional requirements.
• Drive Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations across various versions (2013, 2015, 2016, 365).
• Conduct needs analysis, create user stories, perform gap analysis, and deliver user training.
• Utilize strong client-facing skills to present solutions and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Apply your Dynamics CRM expertise across multiple business sectors.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions 2013, 2015, 2016, and 365.
• Ability to document functional requirements, conduct needs analysis, and perform gap analysis.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Microsoft Certified for Dynamics CRM.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, including Office 365, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
• Understanding of Power BI for data analytics and reporting.
