Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365, especially in the Sales and Lead Management domains, and a proven track record of successful CRM implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide solutions, and customize Dynamics 365 to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand and map their needs into system functionalities.
• Work within the Sales and Lead Management domain, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
• Deliver high-quality solutions and provide ongoing support and enhancements as needed.
• Develop documentation and training materials for end-users and conduct user training sessions.
• Ensure system integrity and data consistency across CRM processes.
• Stay updated on new features and updates from Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Sales modules.
• Good knowledge of Sales and Lead Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with full life cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM/365 across multiple versions.
• Proficient in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 (e.g., entities, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and client-oriented attitude.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
