Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using both standard and custom features.
  
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, custom actions, and business process flows.
  
• Customize command bars, dashboards, forms, views, and web resources.
  
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs using Dynamics CRM SDK and Azure services.
  
• Create scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized architectures.
  
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust CRM solutions.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
  
• Provide technical leadership in client meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance or integration issues.
  
• Stay updated with emerging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.

• Azure Services

• Visual Studio, SQL Server, TFS/Azure DevOps

• Familiarity with

  Power BI

  Tableau

  for reporting and dashboards
• Experience with

  Office 365 and Dynamics 365 administration

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Experience in Agile delivery environments is a plus
