MS Dynamics CRM Developer

You should have 3 to 8 years of experience as an MS Dynamics CRM Developer. This role is based in Hyderabad, India. Your main responsibilities will include hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will be configuring the application to meet clients" requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK. Your tasks will involve identifying creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code. You must have a good understanding of the functional capabilities and limitations for out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom code. Creating technical specifications and designing and integrating business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications are also part of your job. You will be responsible for training client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, both in functional user training and technical training. Developing data conversion and testing strategies, as well as high-level project work plans, are crucial aspects of this role. You will lead technical discussions with clients and provide technical support to existing CRM clients. Experience with other MS technologies is a plus for this position. Strong communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a team are essential.
