Visit Bangalore Development Center for work from office for 5 days in every 6 months but company will not reimburse for stay and travel expenses. Education: BCA/B. Sc/BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc/MCM/M. Tech Job Description: The candidate will work as part of the Dynamics CRM COE team supporting Stakeholders businesses. Candidate will own the development, implement and support of key Sales/Service modules for the stakeholder businesses. The role will involve/participate in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience/expertise in developing technical solutions in the CRM domain. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module. Should have good experience in application of standard software development principles. Should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks. Should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers. Should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team. Knowledge Technical: Experience working on Dynamics 365 CRM(Online) development using . NET/C# Experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM. Experience on power platform (Power Automate, PowerApps) Experience with configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM including security, organizations and business units` entities, forms, workflows, reports, customizations, Custom Workflows, Integration, Client side custom code. Experience working on CRM Portal configuration is must. Experience working on Dynamics CRM plugins and integrations with 3rd party applications. Experience working on JavaScript, C#, . NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plug-ins, scripting and form creation. Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA. Knowledge Competency: Experience in Design, Architecture, Installation, Configuration, Deployment and Customization. Experience on Microsoft Azure Platform (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
