About the Role:
The Salesforce CRM Analytics Sr/Lead Developer role is an important position within the Platform Analytics team, involving the support and enhancement of Salesforce implementations for diverse clients across industries.
Location: Hyderabad. This role requires an on-site presence, with no hybrid or remote work option.
Experience: 5-7 Years (with Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience)
Your Contribution:
As the Sr/Lead Developer, you will:
1. Collaborate with the CRM Analytics team to analyze and address business, functional, and technical requirements and issues.
2. Participate in project team meetings, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.
3. Leverage strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics to envision and design solutions, provide meaningful insights, and take a consultative approach with stakeholders.
4. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, optimizing the use of the CRM Analytics platform.
5. Develop data flows, recipes, data sets, lenses, and dashboards to facilitate quick decision-making.
6. Perform data integration, connecting CRM Analytics to Salesforce and external systems.
8. Utilize hands-on experience with JSON and Intelligence within Einstein Analytics.
9. Assess and troubleshoot bugs and data discrepancies within the analytics platform.
Requirements:
Candidates must have:
- Strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics.
- Proven expertise in analytical solutions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong experience in SQL/SAQL.
