Job Title:

Experience:

SAP CRM Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical design, development, and support for
SAP CRM
systems across Sales and Service modules.
Work on
end-to-end CRM sales order management
, including pricing, billing, service processes, and various sales scenarios.
Perform
CRM configuration
and ensure seamless integration with
SAP ECC
.
Strong involvement in
SAP CRM WebUI
,
BOL/GENIL
, and
ABAP development
.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
CRM Middleware
, including data replication between CRM and ECC.
Work with core master data elements such as
Business Partner
,
Product Master
, and
Transaction Data
.
Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and enhance
CRM UI components
,
Fiori/HTML5 interfaces
(if applicable).
Optimize performance of CRM applications and ensure smooth business process execution.
Support integration with SAP SD for scenarios like
Delivery Management
,
STO processing
, and Pricing.

Required Skills & Experience:

68 years of strong hands-on technical experience in
SAP CRM
.
Expertise in
SAP CRM Sales & Service
processes.
Strong knowledge of
CRM ABAP
,
BADI
,
BAPI
,
WebUI
,
BOL/GENIL
, and enhancements framework.
Good understanding and practical experience in
SAP CRMECC integration
.
Solid knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting
CRM Middleware
.
Experience working with
Business Partner
,
Product Master
, and
Transaction processing
.
Working knowledge of
SAP SD
including delivery, pricing, and STO processes.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
