SAP CRM Developer Q City, Hyderabad Permanent Opportunity JOB SUMMARY: The SAP CRM Developer will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining SAP CRM solutions, including enhancements to the Web UI, middleware integration, and CRM-specific workflows. This is a remote position reporting to the Director of SAP Architecture. The developer will work closely with business analysts and end-users to deliver effective CRM solutions that support global business operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP CRM components, including BOL/GENIL models, Web UI enhancements, and CRM-specific business logic. Maintain and enhance CRM middleware, including debugging of queues and BDOCs. Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms related to SAP CRM. Collaborate with functional teams to clarify requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Participate in integration efforts using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Perform debugging and troubleshooting within SAP CRM and connected systems. Ensure transport requests comply with coding standards and change management procedures. Prepare technical documentation for developed CRM objects and interfaces. Support unit and integration testing cycles with thorough issue resolution. Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of CRM solutions. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with peers. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM technical development. Proficiency in CRM Web UI development, BOL/GENIL framework, and enhancement techniques. Experience in CRM middleware configuration and troubleshooting. Familiarity with IDoc, BAPI, and Web Service integration. Solid understanding of ABAP and debugging tools. Experience with standard CRM scenarios (e.g., service management, sales, marketing) preferred. Knowledge of SAP FIORI, CDS Views, and OData (a plus, but not required). Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
