1. Maintaining softscapes of handed over projects to HFM with quality and minimum costs
2. Ensure all operations/ horticultural activities carried with proper safety standards and quality parameters
3. Is able to determine the quantities and raise requisitions accordingly, understand drawings and ensure completion of works keeping aesthetic sense
4. Is able to co ordinate with architects, consultants and various departments across company, contractors/ agencies for best possible outcome of the work
5. Ensure maintenance activity/finalize systems considering nature of the work/ field conditions and submit reports for work order preparations
6. Is able to fulfil environmental needs as per municipal authorities by maintaining tree inventories/ proper tree trimming and adopting proper tree transplanting procedures
7. Has good knowledge of trade in which individual is working
8. Is able to use maximum planting material from In House nursery to reduce development cost
9. Control planting material cost and sensitive to wastages and optimum use of resources
10. Ensures records of materials, labour, machinery, etc is maintained
11. Check contractors bills for any error and process for payments
