Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using

  Power Automate

  (cloud and desktop flows).
• Build conversational AI experiences and copilots using

  Microsoft Copilot Studio

  .
• Integrate automation with enterprise applications and data sources (e. g. , Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SAP, custom APIs).
• Develop and customize

  Power Apps

  for business use cases, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Leverage

  Dataverse

  for secure data storage and modeling.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices for Power Platform solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows for performance and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 5 years of experience working with

  Microsoft Power Platform

  (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Hands-on experience in building workflows, custom connectors, and API integrations.
• Strong expertise in

  MS Copilot Studio

  (chatbot building, prompt engineering, AI-driven automation).
• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven).
• Knowledge of governance and security standards in Power Platform.
• Proficiency in using

  Microsoft 365 ecosystem

  (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive) for automation use cases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Exposure to

  Azure services

  (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services).
• Knowledge of

  Power BI

  for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with

  RPA tools

  (e. g. , UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) as an added advantage.
• Familiarity with

  Copilot integration scenarios

  in enterprise platforms.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
