Job Description

About the Role:

RPA Developer (2 - 5 years experience)

Agentic AI

work-from-home

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy
RPA workflows
using
Power Automate
. and
UiPath
Deploy and manage automation bots/flows in Azure
environments (App Service, Logic Apps, or VM orchestration).
Integrate automation with desktop, web, and legacy systems (including non-API applications).
Monitor and optimize bot performance; handle error management and exception flows.
Train and mentor the internal team on RPA tools, best practices, and process standardization.
Contribute to future adoption of
Agentic AI frameworks
and AI-powered RPA solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

2 to 5 years
of professional experience in RPA development and deployment.
Proven hands-on experience with
Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath
.
Strong understanding of
automation design patterns
, selectors, and workflow architecture.
Experience deploying bots and automation flows in Azure
(Logic Apps, Azure Functions, App Service, or VMs).
Familiarity with
AI / Agentic AI concepts
(LangChain, Copilot, GPT-based automations).

Location Preference:

Candidates
must be based in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh (India)
.
English communication required; Telugu/Hindi preferred for team collaboration.
Must attend
daily client and internal calls
during working hours.
