Job roles and responsibilities-

Mould and Machine Operations: -

Injection Moulding –

 Injection Blow Moulding –

Extrusion Blow Moulding (including ASB 50MB, Double Stage Stretch Blow Moulding, Toshiba Injection 180, and Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine CMP & SMP)

Responsibilities include: -

Product Quality Control –

Mould and Die Changeovers –

Full Mould and Machine Maintenance –

Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and implementing 5S principles –

Conducting Kaizen to minimize the rejection rate to 1% -

 Overseeing quality control activities on the production floor
