Title : Moulding Operator

Reports To: Production Supervisor / Shift In-Charge

Job Purpose

The Moulding Operator is responsible for executing coil manufacturing activities in accordance with defined quality standards, safety norms, and production targets. The role ensures efficient machine operation, product quality, and adherence to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate coil winding and associated production machinery efficiently
• Perform coil assembly, winding, insulation, and finishing activities as per work instructions
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and report deviations immediately
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Conduct basic machine checks and routine maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (5S compliance)
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Support packing, labeling, and material movement activities as required
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for smooth production flow

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th Standard
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade preferred

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or electrical components industry preferred

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
• Willingness to work in shifts and factory environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit for shop-floor operations
