Moulding Operator

Role Purpose

The Injection Moulding Operator is responsible for operating injection moulding machines to produce quality plastic components as per production plan, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Load and unload moulded components carefully to avoid damage.
• Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time.
• Perform basic machine adjustments under supervisor guidance.
• Conduct visual inspection of moulded parts for defects such as flash, short shots, and warpage.
• Segregate defective parts and report quality issues immediately.
• Ensure proper handling, counting, and packing of finished components.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area (5S compliance).
• Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and shop-floor discipline.
• Maintain daily production records and shift logs.
• Support mould change and minor troubleshooting activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th pass (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in injection moulding operations (freshers may be considered).
• Basic knowledge of injection moulding process and defects.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow SOPs.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
