Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The Motor Control Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing motor control algorithms. The role requires daily tasks such as coding, debugging, and optimizing control software, conducting motor performance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems. The developer will also document technical specifications and participate in design reviews.

Qualifications

• Motor Control Algorithm Development, Control Systems Design skills
• Experience in coding, debugging, and optimizing control software
• Knowledge of motor performance analysis and control software testing
• Experience in motor control for industrial applications or EV powertrain solutions
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical specifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
