SUMMARY Motion Graphic Designer We are in search of a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our prestigious multinational client in Mumbai-Vikhroli. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Designing and should demonstrate proficiency in After Effects and Premier Pro. They provide Strategy and Consulting, Technology and Operations Services across more than 40 industries. Key Responsibilities Communicate and enforce best practices related to workflow and tools. Propose enhancements to digital production workflow and planning process. Generate high-quality art files for advertising and communication materials. Manage the user interface (UI) design, including the visual aspect. Develop and advocate the visual design philosophy. Offer creative direction and establish templates/styles for client brands. Provide accurate time estimations for design tasks. Delegate and supervise graphic development by Media/Graphics Analyst or Senior Analyst and/or contractors. Assist the Creative Lead in devising a visual design strategy. Execute and/or supervise the design and production of graphics for information visualization, learning activities, and other required areas. Perform Quality Assurance on both personal and teammates' graphic deliverables. Generate original design concepts and layouts from created comps sent by the client or made for Creative Lead. Compile static and animated banners for online advertising. Collaborate with the Creative Leads to ensure that the design aligns with the visual consistency goals across campaigns. Mentor internal and product teams on visual design approach. Interpret sponsor's graphic requirements to maximize creativity and productivity. Create a 'Visual Approach' document as requested by a supervisor, including graphic proposals, animations, and prototypes. Oversee and assist in issue resolution by utilizing all available support resources. Specific to Motion Proficiency in video production workflow (Pre-production, production, and post-production). Strong foundation in animation principles. Conceptualize creative ideas for rich media banners. Expertise in working with video editing/animation software (e.g. After Effects, Flash, Blender, Premiere, Motion, Final Cut). Create intricate animations with flash or Edge animation for rich media banners. Design and produce content while collaborating with the Creative Lead. Modify/rework existing motion graphics assets. Skills Requirements Skills Understands, can analyze own designs and respectfully critique other teammates designs in terms of fundamentals (typography, composition, color theory, layout, balance, etc.) and universal interaction principles. Keeps current on new graphic techniques and technologies, recommending changes as appropriate. Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools. Experience : Design, Animate (previously known as Flash), Premiere. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools: Required: PowerPoint, Word and Excel (intermediate) Advanced knowledge about digital and offset printing process. Experience with motion graphics and/or working with video.
