Role Description

As a Motion Graphics and Video Editor at Scaling Wolves, you’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through high-quality videos that resonate with audiences and drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Create motion graphics and animations to make content more engaging.
• Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels, UGC, ads) tailored for Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and other social platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators and strategists to develop fresh and impactful video ideas.
• Optimize videos for different formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and apply them to video editing styles.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Experience in editing short-form videos and motion graphics for social media.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail in storytelling and design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience working with D2C/e-commerce brands is a plus.

Skills Required

• Adobe Premiere Pro (Essential)
• After Effects (for motion graphics & animations)
• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (for creative design and graphics)
• Nuke
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and transitions
• Knowledge of social media video formats and trends
• Basic sound editing and color grading skills
