Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• Create storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts based on briefs.
• Edit and enhance video content, including adding motion elements, typography, and transitions.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to develop innovative design solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion assets.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in motion graphics and animation.
• Work within timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to create 2D/3D animations (knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
