About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer with 3 – 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design and illustration sense, and the technical expertise to bring stories to life through engaging animations and visuals. You will create motion graphics for our social media, marketing campaigns, book promotions, educational videos, and digital ads—capturing the playful and imaginative spirit of Pegasus for Kids. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, design/illustrate and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media platforms, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Create engaging explainer videos, product videos, animated stories, and promotional content that appeal to kids and parents alike. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life. Adapt existing static designs into animated formats (reels, GIFs, interactive posts). Work on character animations, typography animations, and simple 2D storytelling videos. Ensure consistency with Pegasus for Kids’ brand tone—colorful, imaginative, and educational. Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality animations within deadlines. Requirements 3 - 4 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/Animator. Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design/animation tools. Some who is proactive and is a go getter Experience in 2D animation, typography, explainer videos, and character animation. Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing and dynamic animations. Knowledge of 3D animation to enhance motion projects will be a plus. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling ability. Experience working in publishing, kids’ entertainment, education, or media industries (preferred). Why Join Us?
