About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design/illustrate and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media platforms, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging explainer videos, product videos, animated stories, and promotional content that appeal to kids and parents alike.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Adapt existing static designs into animated formats (reels, GIFs, interactive posts).
• Work on character animations, typography animations, and simple 2D storytelling videos.
• Ensure consistency with Pegasus for Kids’ brand tone—colorful, imaginative, and educational.
• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality animations within deadlines.

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/Animator.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design/animation tools.
• Some who is proactive and is a go getter
• Experience in 2D animation, typography, explainer videos, and character animation.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing and dynamic animations.
• Knowledge of 3D animation to enhance motion projects will be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling ability.
• Experience working in publishing, kids’ entertainment, education, or media industries (preferred).
