A) Why This Role Matters

You’ll be shaping how ideas move — literally.

From social content to presentations and digital campaigns, your work will help translate complex ideas into visuals that feel sharp, human, and memorable.

B) What You’ll Create

• High-impact motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and video content
• Storyboards, concept layouts, and motion explorations that reflect brand vision and narrative
• Visual systems that move consistently across formats — social, video, decks, and digital touchpoints
• Creative assets for marketing and social media that are both aesthetic and strategic
• Polished animations and visual effects that elevate storytelling

You’ll work on multiple projects, each with its own tone, audience, and creative challenge — no repetitive, template-based work

C) Tools & Craft

• Strong hands-on experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator (and related tools)
• Comfortable working with AI design and animation suites to speed up ideation and execution
• Solid understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout in motion
• Experience with 2D and 3D animation techniques
• Knowledge of video formats, compression, and optimization for digital platforms

You’ll be working with international clientele, including founders and leaders who have built multi-billion-dollar companies and iconic global brands on the scale of Red Bull and Bacardi.

E) What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field
• A strong portfolio that clearly showcases motion graphics and animation work
• Ability to translate scripts, briefs, and storyboards into compelling visuals
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail
• Comfort handling feedback and iterating fast
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of digital and social media trends
• Bonus: familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles​
