Manage end-to-end video production: from pre-production (moodboards, shot lists, recce) to filming and post. Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into visual content. Stay on top of digital trends, transitions, and viral formats — from Reels to YouTube Shorts. The Senior Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, developing graphic design elements, and collaborating with the video production team. Day-to-day tasks include designing and animating graphics, ensuring visual consistency across projects, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Agency experience is a must.
