Job Overview: 

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our 

dynamic team. This role requires a versatile designer who can handle motion graphics, 

video editing, still editing, and creating content for multiple platforms, including 

e-commerce websites (like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart), social media platforms 

(Instagram, Facebook), and the company website. You will also be responsible for 

staying updated with the latest trends and curating content that aligns with the brand 

story while resonating with contemporary design aesthetics. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Design and produce engaging motion graphics for social media, marketing 

campaigns, and promotional videos. 

● Edit and enhance videos for social media, e-commerce platforms, and the 

company website, ensuring polished and professional outputs. 

● Create visually appealing still graphics, banners, and assets for e-commerce 

listings and website design. 

● Curate and produce content that reflects the brand’s story while staying in sync 

with the latest design and social media trends. 

● Stay updated on trends across social media and e-commerce platforms, 

incorporating these insights into creative content. 

● Manage and maintain a well-organized database of visual content for easy 

access and brand consistency. 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to 

brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns.

Requirements: 

● Proficiency in design and editing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (After 

Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator). 

● Hands-on experience in creating content for e-commerce platforms and social 

media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). 

● A strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and editing 

techniques. 

● Ability to align content with brand identity while incorporating modern trends. 

● Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain a content database. 

● Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle projects across 

various platforms. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

● Experience in working with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or 

Myntra. 

● Knowledge of video optimization for social media platforms (aspect ratios, 

formats, etc.). 

● A keen eye for emerging trends in social media design and marketing. 

● A strong portfolio showcasing diverse motion graphics, social media content, and 

e-commerce projects.
