Motion Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce

  motion graphics, animations, and video content

  for campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage into polished, engaging outputs.
• Create visually appealing

  graphics, layouts, and digital assets

  aligned with brand guidelines.
• Edit

  podcast audio/video episodes

  for clarity, pacing, and quality (intro/outro music, sound design, removing filler words, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visual and audio stories.
• Optimize all outputs for different platforms (social, web, paid ads, podcast channels).
• Stay updated on the latest design, animation, and editing trends to keep the brand content fresh and relevant.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as:

• After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

  (essential)
• Audition/Logic Pro/Descript (for podcast/audio editing)
• Cinema4D/Blender or other 3D software (a plus)
• Strong understanding of

  visual storytelling, typography, and design principles

  .
• Ability to work with audio, including syncing voiceovers/music with visuals.
• Experience in short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube shorts) and long-form edits.
• A portfolio showcasing diverse design/video/audio work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Podcast production/editing experience

  (audio cleanup, mastering, mixing).

• Basic shooting skills

  (setting up lights, cameras, framing shots).
• Knowledge of 3D animation and VFX.
• Familiarity with branding and campaign design.
• Ability to storyboard and pitch creative ideas.
