We are committed to holistic child development through activity-based pedagogy, low teacher-student ratios, and vibrant classroom environments supported by modern learning technologies.Role: Primary Teacher (Mother Teacher Methodology)Role & Responsibilities

Create a nurturing single-teacher environment for Grades 1-3 using the Mother Teacher model.
Design weekly lesson plans integrating English, Mathematics, EVS, and value education aligned to NEP and CBSE learning outcomes.
Deliver interactive, play-based instruction that promotes inquiry, socio-emotional growth, and foundational literacy/numeracy.
Assess student progress through formative & summative tools; maintain meticulous scholastic and co-scholastic records on the school LMS.
Engage parents through PTMs, digital portfolios, and regular feedback to build a strong school-home partnership.
Collaborate with grade leads to enrich curriculum, organise events, and uphold safeguarding and classroom discipline standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. with CBSE compliance.
2+ years primary-grade teaching experience.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Working knowledge of smart-class tools and MS Office.
Competence in continuous comprehensive evaluation (CCE).

Preferred

Montessori or ECCE certification.
Exposure to NEP 2020 competency-based assessment.
Training in phonics or Jolly Phonics.
