Role & Responsibilities Mother Teacher

Academic Facilitation:

• Conduct integrated teaching of core subjects (English, EVS, Math) in a nurturing environment.
  
• Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines.
  
• Maintain a balanced approach towards scholastic and co-scholastic development.

  Emotional & Social Development:

• Build a strong emotional bond with each student and serve as the first point of contact.
  
• Help children transition smoothly into formal school life through affection, patience, and encouragement.

  Classroom Management:

• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
  
• Maintain discipline in a gentle, child-friendly manner.

  Assessment & Progress Tracking:

• Conduct regular assessments through observation and informal evaluation techniques.
  
• Maintain detailed records of students academic progress and developmental milestones.

  Parent Communication:

• Serve as the primary communicator with parents regarding student development.
  
• Organize and conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) with sensitivity and clarity.

  Collaboration:

• Coordinate with co-teachers, special educators, and activity teachers for holistic development.
  
• Contribute to planning of events, assemblies, and celebrations relevant to primary years.

  Training & Development:

• Participate in regular training and workshops to enhance teaching strategies and child psychology understanding.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile Mother Teacher

• Educational Qualification:

• Graduate (preferably with English as a subject) with

  B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT

  or equivalent primary teaching qualifications.

• Experience:

• 25 years of relevant teaching experience in early years or primary grades, preferably in CBSE.
  

• Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  
• Child-centric, empathetic, and patient demeanor.
  
• Creativity in classroom activities and learning aids.
  
• Basic proficiency in technology (smart classroom tools, MS Office, etc.).
  

• Personality Traits:

• Warm, approachable, and emotionally intelligent.
  
• Passionate about early childhood education and nurturing young minds.
  
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and team spirit
