Mother Teacher

As an educator for Grade 2 students, your role will involve developing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of young learners. You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring student progress through regular evaluations and feedback, ensuring a nurturing and safe classroom environment where positive behavior is encouraged. Communication with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and maintaining classroom discipline will be key aspects of your daily responsibilities. Collaboration with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience and providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs are also part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Grade 2 students. - Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and feedback. - Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior. - Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress. - Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enrich the educational experience. - Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs.
