Non-QM Underwriter

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad

✅ Required Skills & Experience

3–7 years of mortgage underwriting experience (with 2+ years in non-QM)
Proficiency in AUS systems like
LPA
,
DU
(for reference), and manual underwriting
Experience with Encompass, Calyx, or Blend
Familiarity with self-employed borrower analysis, bank statement income calculations, and DSCR ratios
Strong communication skills for real-time underwriting sessions
