Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Hyderabad. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing, approving, and recommending loan applications for clients. They will manage and underwrite mortgages, maintain detailed loan files, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role includes providing excellent customer service, advising clients on loan options, and supporting them throughout the mortgage application process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
• Experience with Underwriting and assessing loan applications
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to advise clients effectively
• Experience as Loan Officers in related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of local and federal mortgage regulations
